Brief introduction of the speaker:
Wang Yuefei is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a distinguished professor at Shenzhen University. He has successively won the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the first batch of "New Century Talents Project", and the "Hundred Talents Program" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Successively served as researcher, doctoral supervisor, director of the Institute of Mathematics, Executive Dean of the Institute of Mathematics, Honorary Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Shenzhen University, etc. He has visited more than 50 universities and research institutions including Harvard University, Princeton University, Berlin Institute of Technology, Nantes University, Picardie University, etc. Served successively as two vice-chairmen of the Chinese Mathematical Society, a member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Tianyuan Foundation Academic Leading Group, a member of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund Review Committee, and a member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Department of Mathematics and Science Evaluation Expert Group; , Member of the 7th subject review group; member of the "Hua Luogeng Mathematics Award" selection committee; member of the "Chen Shengshen Mathematics Award" selection committee; "Zhong Jiaqing Mathematics Award" selection committee director and member, "Chinese Science", Mathematische Nachrichten, "Journal of Mathematics", etc. More than ten academic journals (director, deputy editor or) editorial board member.
