The focus is on the methods used in the Changguang satellite transportation and management work. One is the pre-decomposition based on the satellite transit window, and the other is the dynamic decomposition based on the cloud image.

Meng Xiangqiang, master of engineering, graduated from the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, worked in the Satellite Operation Management Technology Research Office of Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in satellite orbit calculation, satellite mission planning and other research work.
